As the Water Flows: Sensing Realities

World premiere

In this experimental ethnographic film, filmmaker Dewi Plass takes us to Millingen aan de Rijn, a small Dutch village where life is intertwined with the dynamics of the river. The Rhine is a force of nature that is a best friend and worst enemy at the same time. The villagers’ perception of the river is challenged as outsiders attempt to control the river through environmental policies.
